We received our first snow of the season on Wednesday and Thursday. The weather event began with with a nice 1/4-inch sheet of ice and ended with a beautiful layer of snow - 8 inches, to be exact. The snow came in two waves; 4 inches on Wednesday afternoon and 4 inches early Thursday morning. Luckily, the ground temperatures were high enough that the ice and snow caused few problems with our daily commute.Saturday, December 2, 2006
